Ingredients:
Wheat flour, Rice rice flour, starch, corn flour, Salt, edible vegetable oil, raising agent (INS 500(ii)), acidity regulator (INS 330) and Natural color INS (100(i)).
How to use:
To fry the papad, heat sufficient Edible vegetable oil in skillet. Keep the oil temperature between 185o C to 190o C. To ensure the oil is ready to fry, put few seeds of jeera and they will pop up. Then carefully drop the Fryums papad in the oil. To get the fried papad, deep fry for 10-15 seconds. Your papad is ready to eat now.
